About the Founder
Madison Perry founded Next Chapter Workforce Development Services because she believes that great organizations are built through strong leadership, healthy workplace cultures, and meaningful connections. Drawing on her experience in workforce development, organizational consulting, and program design, she helps mission-driven organizations build the systems and strategies needed to grow and thrive. Her work is rooted in a simple belief: when people succeed, organizations and communities succeed too.
