Next Chapter offers flexible consulting support for mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, small businesses, municipalities, and community partners. Pricing depends on scope, preparation, facilitation time, travel, and follow-up needs. Most projects begin with a consultation and a custom proposal.

  • $1,500–$4,000/month

    For organizations that need ongoing support with leadership, culture, HR systems, workforce development, or strategic implementation. Retainers provide consistent access to Next Chapter for guidance, planning, problem-solving, and project support as needs arise.

  • Strategic Planning & Program Design : $3,500- $15,000 per project.

    Support for organizations developing long-term plans, new programs, workforce initiatives, or community-based projects. This work helps clarify goals, organize ideas, engage stakeholders, and turn big-picture vision into a practical path forward.

    Culture & People Systems: $175/ session OR $1,500-$5,000 for projects.

    Support for strengthening the internal systems that shape how people work, communicate, lead, and stay engaged. This may include HR policies, onboarding, accountability systems, leadership support, workplace culture, employee relations, and team development.

    Focused Strategy Sessions starting at $450/ session.

    A 90–120 minute session designed to help you work through a specific challenge, idea, or decision. These sessions are ideal for leaders, founders, and organizations needing focused guidance around pricing, program planning, leadership concerns, workplace issues, or next steps.
